Terms of Use

By using the Keşif Kutusu digital learning platform you accept these terms. The platform provides experiment and activity content to students under the agreements made with schools.
1. Who may use it
- Students — with the class code defined by their school
- Teachers — with an account created by the school or dealer
- Parents — with the parent code shared by the teacher
- School administrators — with the permissions assigned to them
Student accounts are opened through the school. Use of the platform by users under 18 takes place with the knowledge of the school and the parent.
2. Account security
- Do not share your login details (class code, password, parent code) with anyone.
- Nobody will ask you for your password; no one, including our staff, can read it.
- If you believe your account has been used without permission, tell your teacher or your school.
3. Acceptable use
The following are prohibited while using the platform:
- Attempting to access someone else’s account
- Damaging the system or sending excessive automated requests
- Attempting to bypass security measures
- Copying, reproducing or commercially exploiting content without permission
- Behaving in a way that disturbs other users
If use contrary to these rules is detected, the account may be suspended and the school informed.
4. Ownership of content
The experiment guides, videos, games, simulations, images and activity pages on the platform belong to Miniskop Eğitim Teknolojileri and are protected by copyright. For the term of the agreement, schools may use this content for educational purposes in the classroom. Taking content off the platform, reproducing it or sharing it with third parties requires permission.
5. Content created by students
Observations and answers a student writes on activity pages belong to the student. This content can be seen only by the student, their teacher and their parent; it is never used for marketing.
6. Availability of the service
We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform running without interruption; however, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical faults. Planned maintenance is carried out outside lesson hours wherever possible.
7. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. Miniskop Eğitim Teknolojileri cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or problems caused by third-party services (internet provider, browser, device) arising from use of the service. This limitation does not cover liability arising from intent or gross negligence.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Schools are informed of significant changes and the version number changes. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the current terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. For users who qualify as consumers, the authorities designated by consumer legislation remain reserved.
